Please see our Pre-Enrolment policy on our website.
Enrolment legislation, introduced by Government, forbids schools from keeping waiting lists and our current 'first come, first served' policy is no longer legally acceptable after 2023. This means we cannot take pre-enrolment applications for new Junior Infant classes after the 1st of February 2020 or take pre-enrolments for children born after the 1st of May 2019.
An Annual Admissions Notice will be published in September each year.
Please note that a child cannot be pre-enrolled in our school until after their date of birth. Original birth certificates are required before admission to school. Any discrepancy between the date of birth given at registration and the date of birth on the child's birth certificate will immediately render the application to be invalid.
For the academic years 2022 and 2023 the school is obliged to first offer places based on our old enrolment policy (i.e. siblings first then first-come, first served). Places will be offered to the children on the waiting lists for these years first and only when this has happened the new Annual Admissions Policy will apply – this is in keeping with legislation. After 2023 only the Annual Admissions Policy will apply.
We have 52 places for Junior Infants 2022/2023. The pre-enrolment list will open on the 1st of October 2021 and will remain open until the 22nd of October 2021. There is a waiting list in place for this class. The first round offers will be issued on the 1st of October 2021 and will continue until all the places are filled.
All classes in our school are currently full with waiting lists. Realistically, it is very unlikely that any places will become available in the foreseeable future. Pre-enrolment for current classes will open on the 1st of February 2022 and will remain open until the 1st of March 2022.
There are no pre-enrolment lists currently available.
