Once submitted, you will need to send the school an original birth certificate. This can be brought into the school office or posted to us. If posting the cert, please include a stamped addressed envelope so the original cert can be returned to you. Failure to submit the birth certificate before closing date (where applicable) will result in an incomplete application.

Once your application has been submitted, you should receive notification of receipt by email almost instantly.

WE ONLY ACCEPT APPLICATIONS THE YEAR BEFORE YOUR CHILD IS DUE TO START SCHOOL.

Junior Infants applications for the school year 2025-2026 opens on the 1st October 2024. Student must be 4 years old by the 31st April 2025.

All applications to the Autism class in Scoil Ghrainne CNS will only be accepted after the 1st November 2024. Please submit any medical Documentation supporting your application.

Senior Infants, 1st, 2nd, 3rd,4th, 5th, 6th class applications for the school year 2025-2026 open on the 1st November 2024.
