Applications submitted using this form are for Junior Infants 2026/2027 only. The application must be accompanied with a copy of the child's birth certificate and one invoice from a provider of a fixed utility, dated within 3 months as proof of address. The form must be digitally signed by parent/guardian. It is the responsibility of the parents/guardians to check and ensure that all information is correct at the time of application. Applications received after the 30th January 2026 will be considered as late applications.
