Please enter your child's details in the form below. All applicants should upload a copy of your child's Birth Certificate and a copy of your child's Letter of Eligibility for a special class place. If you are a new family to the school you will also need to upload 2 recent Utility Bills dated within the last 3 months. Then click 'Send details to the school.
