Aladdin only processes personal data provided by our school customers through the Service in accordance with their instructions and in this regard acts as our customers’ data processor in providing the Service. Aladdin has and maintains in place technical and organisational measures to ensure that all data processed as part of the Service is kept secure and confidential. In particular, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we manage on behalf of our customers and the information we collect and manage. To protect the privacy and security or users of the Service, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access to information. We also use secure connections to protect sensitive information during its transmission.

Student administration Information provided through the Service may be accessed by Aladdin employees and our advisors on a need to know basis. We may also be required to disclose such information to law enforcement authorities where required to do so by law.
