Temporary Helpdesk Technician

This is a temporary position to provide extra support cover during our busy period to maintain our quality customer service. Work is available from mid May to early July and from mid August to early October. Candidates ideally will be available for approx 4 - 6 weeks in both of these slots.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm at our office in Deansgrange.
Pay is 12 euros per hour.

An interest or experience in primary school education and specifically Edtech is highly desirable.

What will you be doing?

As a Temporary Helpdesk Technician you will be first line support for our customers, taking their phone calls and ensuring they get the best answers to their questions so they get the most out of their Aladdin software.
You will receive full training in both the Aladdin product and our internal CRM and phone systems and processes.
